The National Review has a series on health care on its front page, with a new one about the care of people with mental health issues.

This is not a new story: Last year, the federal government estimated that 20 million Americans suffer from mental illness.

Yet for some Americans, it’s a crisis that makes them vulnerable to serious harm.

So we want to take a look at the challenges facing people with psychiatric illnesses, what can we do to help them, and how to get the help that they need.
