New York Times, January 10, 2018— The dental care system has become one of the most neglected and underfunded sectors in the United States.

It’s a problem that requires comprehensive health care reform to fix, and that’s what New York’s top Democrat on the Health and Human Services Committee is trying to do.

“We have one of largest dental networks in the country, but we have one that has some serious problems,” said Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD), who chairs the committee.

“We’re going to try to fix that.”

The problem is that in the absence of comprehensive reform, dentists will continue to do a poor job of treating patients, especially those who are older, have dental conditions that require a longer-term solution, or who have difficulty swallowing their medications.

And that will ultimately cost the health care system money.

Dental care is often referred to as “dental insurance” because it typically covers the costs of treating people with certain types of health problems, including dental work and braces.

But the coverage is inadequate, according to the New York City-based Alliance for Dental Accountability.

In fact, the vast majority of people with health problems can’t afford the costs associated with treating them.

Dentists are among the highest paid workers in the nation, making an average of $100,000 annually, according the New America Foundation.

But they’re not paid as much as other health care professionals because their compensation is based on their expertise and experience.

The system has been underfunded for decades, largely because of decades of Medicaid cuts and other spending cuts.

The federal government provides subsidies to help people afford dental care.

But dentists are not eligible for these subsidies.

The subsidies are set to expire at the end of the year, which means that many dentists could be left out of the system altogether.

Dents in New York are among those who may have the most serious dental problems.

About 10 percent of the state’s dentists and orthodontists have conditions that would make them ineligible for Medicaid, according a study by the Institute for Health Policy Research, which represents dentists.

That means more people in the state will be left uninsured.

The state also has a large Medicaid enrollment problem, with roughly 20 percent of New Yorkers not enrolled in Medicaid, which covers about 4 million people.

But it’s not clear that that percentage will go down as dentists get more and more dentures.

“If you are a young dentist and you can’t see an increase in demand, that’s not going to be a sustainable situation,” said Andrew R. Nussbaum, a professor of health policy and management at the University of Michigan and the author of a recent report on dental care in New England.

“It’s really a very long-term problem that we need to solve, and it needs to be addressed now,” Nussbaumsaid.

The report found that the state spent $7.7 billion on dental benefits in 2017.

That’s less than 1 percent of overall health care spending, according it.

The report also found that nearly two-thirds of dentists in New Hampshire have experienced at least one dental emergency, including a serious case of staining the front tooth.

That means there are still a lot of people who have severe dental conditions who don’t have the tools or the money to treat them, according Nussbahms.

And dentists can’t easily diagnose the condition themselves, Nussbumsaid, or even know what they’re going through.

And because they don’t get paid enough, they can’t offer treatments like braces that can help patients.

In New York, dentistry is often billed as a low-risk specialty, but the state has one of highest rates of preventable preventable dental diseases, which include cavities and cavities that can cause infections.

It also has the highest number of uninsured people.

“This is not an easy problem,” said Nussmann.

“If you look at the data, the majority of dentistry practice, the largest group, are insured.”

Dentistry is one of three specialty fields that accounted for more than 10 percent to 10 percent percent of all dental care provided in the U.S. in 2017, according To the extent that the system is not adequately funded, that could be an issue for the state as well.

In 2019, New York will be forced to close down more than a dozen dental clinics that were shut down earlier this year.

But many of those clinics are still open.

In an effort to address the issue, the New American Foundation has set out to help dentists improve their coverage.

That includes requiring dental insurance companies to provide a guarantee of coverage, which would allow dentists to receive discounts on the cost of services and treatments.

And the foundation has also called on state health care officials to develop a national plan to provide dental care for all people.

It’s not just New York.
