An Oregon town with one of the lowest rates of medical and nursing home visits in the nation is turning to a novel, cheaper approach: a “virtual doctor.”

The Portland Health Care System is piloting the system in rural King County, where the county has seen a steep drop in visits.

The system, which is funded with federal money, provides patients with real-time updates about a person’s medical condition and treatment.

The data collected by the system is used to develop customized treatment plans, which are sent to doctors and nurses, and can be used for billing.

This approach will be implemented nationwide, the Kaiser Family Foundation reported.

But, for now, the system can only provide one kind of medical care: “a visit from a physician,” according to Kaiser Health News.

The project was developed by Kaiser Health Partners, a nonprofit health care provider that has spent years exploring ways to improve health care.

“Virtual doctors” are an idea that’s being tested around the world.

A study conducted by a Dutch health care company found that patients are more likely to be able to get medical attention when they are not on a dialysis machine or undergoing surgery.

The researchers found that those who visited a virtual doctor were more likely than those who did not to be satisfied with the care they received.

But virtual doctors are still relatively new in the United States.

In 2012, a virtual health care clinic was founded in Minnesota, but that system was not yet certified as a healthcare provider.

The first national pilot program for a virtual medical care system was launched in California in 2016, and in 2020, the New York Times reported, a small group of patients received a virtual visit from an experienced, licensed nurse practitioner.

The study showed that, in terms of patient satisfaction, patients were satisfied by the care provided, and that there was an increase in visits to primary care providers when a virtual healthcare provider was present.

The idea behind virtual doctors is that they’re able to track and monitor a patient’s progress, including their physical, emotional, and psychological symptoms.

They are able to give personalized treatments and even help patients with certain chronic conditions.

The goal is to make it as easy as possible for patients to get healthcare without having to go to a physical doctor or even go to the hospital.

A virtual doctor can be anything from a mobile phone, to a computer monitor, to an iPad or other tablet.

Kaiser Health says the system could eventually provide health care for a wide range of conditions, including those that are difficult to treat with traditional care.

The company has been piloting a virtual care system in Oregon for more than a year.
